you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with eu consumer protection laws — but only if the product is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

if your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. we’ll make it right.
